Costar Guided Tour: COCOMO II Scale Drivers

The Model notebook tab is used to select an estimation model (via the Select COCOMO Model button), and to set the COCOMO II Scale Drivers.

Click on the Model tab, and select "Rigorous" from the Development Flexibility combo box.  That selection for the Scale Factor changes the COCOMO estimating equation's exponent.
